This training is designed to prepare peer professionals to engage more meaningfully with their peers. Promoting our services and exploring initial as well as ongoing engagement strategies are a central focus. The training also allows participants to explore communication skills and how they are essential to engagement.

This training is being conducted online through Zoom. A Zoom link along with all training materials will be emailed to you one day before the training.

You must have access to a computer that is connected to the internet to participate in this training.

Single-Participant Registration

By registering for this training, you acknowledge that credit and any associated certificate will be awarded only to the individual whose name appears on the registration. If more than one person is observed participating under a single registration, we reserve the right to remove you from the call training and cancel your registration. Continued incidents may also result in disqualification from future trainings or events. Exceptions to this rule may only be obtained by contacting our Training and Project Manager, Beck Schultz at beck@papsc.org at least one week prior to the beginning of the training.

Camera Usage Encouraged

For the best engagement and participation, we strongly encourage all participants who have cameras to keep them on throughout the training. Active participation helps ensure a valuable learning experience for everyone.

No Driving During Training

We do not condone distracted driving. If you are found to be driving while participating in this training, we reserve the right to remove you from the call training and cancel your registration. This policy aims to ensure the safety of all participants. Continued violation of this rule may also affect your ability to register for future trainings.
