This training is specifically designed to prepare Peer Professionals to work with individuals experiencing self-harm. Peer professionals can learn what self-harm is and the stigma associated with it in addition to how to apply information about self-harm to their work. Wellness planning and ethical considerations will also be discussed along with how to care for ourselves in emotional situations.
