(South Central Continuing Education Training Day)

In partnership with Keystone Pride Recovery Initiative (KPRI) the PaPSC has developed a training for Certified Peer Specialists focussed on enhancing their skills in working with the LGBTQ+ community. The new LGBTQ+ Training for CPSs will, among other topics, include information on definitions, history, the ‘coming out’ process, and unique challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals who have a mental health diagnosis.
