Taking Care of Me

Ever hear the phrase, “Don’t forget to take care of yourself!”  What exactly does this mean? 

This workshop will discuss the important role self-care plays in the life of the Peer Specialist.

This workshop will allow you to:

  • Complete a Wellness Assessment to address areas of strengths and weakness.
  • Identify your personality type and ways you cope with stress.
  • Discover and discuss personal wellness tools and strategies.
